 5. My page is not listed in the toplist.

This could be due to more than one reason:

• Other pages with the same pagerank could have more visits than your page.
• Your page will not be displayed in our top list before the first hit, i.e. the first visit
• The Ranking code hasn't been inserted properly.
• The Ranking Code has been changed and therefore your page has been blocked.

Please note: Please check the accuracy of the Ranking Code on your site and insert it again if necessary.

 6. The Pagerank graphic is not displayed although I have done everything correctly.

This could be due to more than one reason:

• If you use php pages, i.e. index.php, you might have to insert the code directly into the index.php.
• The content of your page is unlawful.
• Your page has been blocked by us.
• Some domains of so called Free Webspace hosts have been blocked from our free service.

The Pagerank of a web page is determined by the so-called PageRank algorithm. Calculations are bassed on the link popularity and the back links of your web page. But there are many other factors responsible for the Pagerank of you website. It takes time for the calculation to take effect and therefore for your site's Pagerank to change.

Please remember that it can take up to 3 months for the Pagerank of your site to improve or change. Please be patient and don't remove our ranking code again after a few days or weeks, only because you don't see immediate results! The long-term and continued success of a website can't be reached overnight, it is a continuous process! One of the most important factors for the success of your website are patience and perseverance.
